Sławomir Momot

Sławek is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where he studied Finance and Banking, as well as the University of Warsaw, where he earned a degree in Law. He also holds a diploma from the international CEMS Master in International Management (MIM) program. He is an alumnus of the Capital Market Leaders Academy and holds a Polish brokerage license. Additionally, he has successfully passed all three levels of the CFA Program.

He has been working at mInvestment Banking since August 2016 and has over a decade of experience in transaction advisory.

Before joining mIB, he served as Chief Financial Officer at InterKadra, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and management process optimization. Earlier in his career, he worked at the investment boutique CAG, where he actively participated in numerous M&A transactions for companies owned by investment funds and private investors across the Central and Eastern European region.
