The mInvestment Banking team acted as the exclusive financial advisorto TIM Group S.A. in the process of securing an international strategic partner – the Würth Group.
As a result of the transaction, the Würth Group acquired 100% of the shares for a total consideration of PLN 1,170 million.

TIM S.A. is a leading B2B e-commerce provider in Poland, offering the country’s largest assortment of electrotechnical products. The TIM Group also includes 3LP S.A., a logistics center operator providing fulfillment services for the e-commerce sector.

The Würth Group is a global leader in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of fastening and assembly materials, as well as a distributor of electrical products.
