Jacek is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where he studied Finance and Accounting. He also completed postgraduate studies at SGH in Business Valuation Methods.He has been with mInvestment Banking since September 2015 and has 10 years of experience in the investment banking industry. Prior to joining mIB, he was involved in the creation and operation of a financial-themed online platform, as well as in currency advisory services.At mIB, Jacek has participated in and led over a dozen M&amp;A transactions (both buy-side and sell-side) with a total value exceeding PLN 3 billion, across various sectors including IT, renewable energy, recycling, healthcare, TMT, and manufacturing, for both Polish and international clients.
