Michał is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where he studied Finance and Accounting. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Poznań University of Economics and Business.He joined the mInvestment Banking team in 2018 and has served as a Manager since January 2025, actively participating in M&amp;A, corporate finance, and capital raising processes. Prior to joining mInvestment Banking, he worked in the M&amp;A and credit risk teams at Santander Bank and in the financial risk department at ENEA S.A.At mInvestment Banking, Michał has been involved in over a dozen M&amp;A transactions (both buy-side and sell-side) with a total value exceeding PLN 3 billion. He has gained experience across sectors such as IT, e-commerce, manufacturing, fuel, healthcare, HoReCa, and retail.
